Request Account and Data Deletion

If you would like your Word Game Trainer account and all associated personal data to be deleted, send an email to the address below. We will process your request and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What to include in your email

• The email address associated with your Word Game Trainer account, or
• Your username / display name in the app, or
• The Google / Apple / Facebook account you used to sign in

This helps us locate the right account so we delete only your data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your gameplay history, statistics, and saved games
• Any personal data you provided (name, email, profile info)

What may be retained

We may retain some anonymized, aggregated information (for example, statistics about how features are used) that no longer identifies you. We may also retain certain records if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Response time

We typically respond within a few business days. Deletion is usually completed within 30 days of your request.
